1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Gang Wars: Street Legends ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Gang Wars: Street Legends is a mobile strategy RPG game where players build gangs, complete missions, fight opponents, and conquer territories. The App is available on iOS and Android platforms.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You agree not to use cheats, exploits, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party tools.
  • You agree not to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the App.
  • You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or other users' accounts.

4. In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

5. Virtual Items

All in-game currency, items, and progress are virtual items with no real-world value. We reserve the right to modify, manage, or eliminate virtual items at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, artwork, text, game mechanics, and software, is the property of Gang Wars: Street Legends and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the App.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
